Who draws the blueprints for joy?
 | | Have I really not written in two months? Oh, well here goes...
The first demo from the Dark Forest album, a song called Terrible Light, is up for download (and has been for some time)! It's not too far from the finished product. I recorded vocals for the song, mixed it together, and worked with David Hechler on the final mix-down. I've also been working hard on the next batch of Dark Forest and Burt McGee songs Jesse and I are going to be recording this November (on the weekend of the 21st - 23rd). They're shaping up to be a good batch of songs!

In (almost) unrelated yet sad news, my friends David and Laura Hechler are moving away to Virginia this week. I'll miss not having them a stone's throw away :(. They'll be living there for nine months, and then I think they will be moving to Chicago. This will be a little closer :)

And...I'm now a full time employee of HDA Inc.--an excellent company in St. Louis Missouri!

 That's about it...

 That's cool!

 Hey, Holly,

Yeah, I really need to update my blog more often and start working on improving the site itself. I checked and...you're right! My site is first when you google "Jaron Davis" and/or "'Jaron Davis'". That's pretty cool! Thanks for pointing it out.
